  • Orders that have not yet been shipped and were confirmed within the past 36 hours may be canceled upon customer request. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order has already been shipped or if more than 36 hours have passed since order confirmation, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Refunds will be initiated within 1–5 business days using the original payment method.
The actual time for funds to appear may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider.
