Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

The customer exercises the right to return within the allowed timeframe, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and complete with original packaging and accessories
To obtain a different model or variation, customers must return the original item and place a new order after the refund has been processed.
Customers may request order cancellation within 36 hours of order confirmation.
If the order has already been shipped or the cancellation window has passed, cancellation will no longer be possible.
In such cases, customers must wait until the item is delivered and then initiate a return request following the standard return procedure.

For voluntary returns (items received as ordered but no longer wanted), return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
